xFarmer is currently undergoing, and almost finishing up, its upgrade to a fully decentralized trading platform with DEX and all-in-one trading applications. As our Community Management Committee recruitment begins we will integrate the power of global blockchain enthusiasts across the board and jointly promote the development of the xFarmer community ecosystem.
We are now officially, and sincerely sending an invitation to every xFarmer or blockchain and crypto fan in the world!
If you recognize the value of blockchain technology, are optimistic about the development of the DeFi world, and most importantly , believe in, and are willing to accompany xFarmer to grow together, we invite you to join the xFarmer Autonomous Management Committee and become one of the owners of xFarmer community.

【Responsibilities of Management Committee】
The responsibilities of the xFarmer Management Committee may include but are not limited to:
- Governance
- Participating in the discussion, creation, and revision of xFarmer community rules and governance
2. Content Delivery
- Create high-quality content that can be created in xFarmer and published to social platforms or media platforms, such as YouTube, Medium, Twitter, etc.
- Communicate and deliver content to large audiences, fanbases, and community followers
- Help create and structure communication channels to share xFarmer updates and information
3. Promotion of xFarmer
- Broadcast xFarmer’s strategy and developments to a wider range of new potential users and fans
- Help xFarmer build and educate the community through the resources and channels of the management Committee to guide more people to understand xFarmer.
- Help raise awareness and build brand recognition
4. Education
- Cultivate new users or users who have wide blockchain knowledge and are active on various related platforms to fully understand xFarmer
- Help instill accurate information and training to users who are willing to actively participate in the project.
5. Enhance influence
- Participate in the discussion and design of the opinions of xFarmer
- Liaise with potential partners and expand xFarmer Cooperation Network
- Create and brainstorm suggestions for enhancing xFarmer’s global influence.
【Rights of Management Committee Members】
- The right to vote for major decisions and governance additions on xFarmer development.
2. The right to vote for the formulation, modification, and deletion of xFarmer community rules.
3. Management Committee Member Certificate
All members selected for the management committee will receive a certificate from the committee with a unique ID, and have access to management level internal information and participate in activities in the future community development.
4. Rights of new niche community development
Members of the Management Committee can apply for the establishment of micro, niche communities in the xFarmer ecosystem, including but not limited to xFarmer regional communities (divided by region or language), xFarmer cooperative project communities, xFarmer ecosystem communities, or others. After the application is approved, the members can obtain support of relevant policies, funds, and resources.
5. Rights to decide on business development strategies and priorities
Members can recommend relevant cooperation resources to the Management Committee according to xFarmer’s development strategy, including but not limited to other blockchain projects, media, influencers/KOLs and other related resources. Committee members can initiate or participate in the future community ecological granular divisions, for example, mining pool business formation, asset review, developer incentives, ecological investment, or others.If the proposals and applications are passed, they will receive relevant support from the Development Committees.
【Penalizable Items】
- The Community Management Committee will review the certificates of assets held by members from time to time, and those who no longer hold xFarmer assets may be subject to review and may be taken off the Community Management Committee.
- Currently there is no requirement for the number of XF tokens required to be held in possession. In the future, relevant thresholds will be gradually formulated according to the development needs of the community and development committee. To rejoin the committee, you need to submit the materials again.
- Any behavior that damages the development of the xFarmer community will allow the community member to be put under review for potential removal from the committee.
- Members who have not made any corresponding contributions to the development of the community for a certain period of time, while enjoying the rights of committee members, will be put under review for potential removal from the committee.

2. The xFarmer Community Management Committee will check the application list regularly and contact applicants with a strong fit
3. The CommunityManagement Committee will conduct an evaluation of the applicant
4. If the requirements are met, the membership certification of the Community Management Committee will be sent by email

- The approved members of the Community Management Committee do not completely represent the official position of xFarmer.
- They cannot use their status as members of the Management Committee to commit fraud, corruption, or other illegal or criminal activities. If the aforementioned penalties are committed, the members in question will be subject to review and potentially dealt with in accordance with the relevant local laws and regulations.
- Any new work or projects shall be shared with and democratically provided notice to the overall xFarmer Community Management Committee before initiating.
- The Community Management Committee may contact members at any time and provide information or announcements by email.
- The relevant rules of the xFarmer Community Management Committee will be adjusted according to the community development, and all items maybe be subject to final interpretation democratically.
- xFarmer will use a designated contact email address for the recruitment and communication of members.
